 ICOM IC-4088A is the top of the line commercial grade FRS FM Transceiver. Complies with all Industry Canada & FCC regulations. Features include "free" user license, Voice Scrambler function for communication privacy, External DC jack, 14 FRS Channels and 38 convenient "Group" Channels. 500mW (ERP) power. This unit also has ATS (Automatic Transponder System) which checks station availability within your operating range. Water resistant and Group Mode CTCSS (Continuous Tone Coded Squelch System) Dual "Ring" function.
